A good one

Up bright and early to do the finishing touches for strategy week presentation with D, and then to agree our plan of attack. We were very concerned that they really wouldn't like what we had to say. We were kept waiting for 1.75 hours before we went in, and then our hours slot turned into 1.75 hours. It was a really good session with lots of engagement and discussion, and we got a round of applause at the end! Day was completely to pot of course with rest of meetings cut down and crammed in so that I could get through everything. Nonetheless we are starting to see a path through all the complexity. Ended up with a lovely evening ofchat and good food( and a bit of book talk)at L's. Late to bed and tired but worth it.
