Wedding "Cup" Cakes

The final product for a wedding this week will be small cakes covered in sugarpaste to look like coffee cups complete with handle. They will be topped with chocolate ganache and sprinkled with a "cocoa heart" on top to finish the look. The "cups" will be served on real china saucers to each guest.

Definately wedding cake with a difference! I'd love to see the guests faces as they work out what they are!
