Defence

Malta was famously awarded the George Cross for its resilience during World War II - in 1942 which was earlier than I appreciated. The evidence of its defensive capacity over centuries is everywhere.

We did a boat tour of the Grand Harbour today and needless to say have hundreds of photos. I like this one for what it represents, and the extra just as a photo with the the light.
