Misty start

A really autumnal start to the day - mist on the Dordogne and many lovely spider webs!
We went to visit the son and partner of Trish's neighbour today - a delightful drive along country roads; we weren't lost just took a lot longer to get to our lunch than we'd anticipated - but we did see some stunning scenery with all the vineyards etc.
A scrumptious long french style lunch was thoroughly enjoyed before we headed back to Bergerac, again by a circuitous route, though the in cat sat nag had been persuaded to work and tried taking us back safely - we didd deviate occasionally when we saw something interesting.
A lovely day which turned out very warm in spite of the damp start.
