Back gather

On the other side of the hill I did yesterday afternoon. Lovely conditions walking out on an old drove road with culverts still there. And a large cairn at the highest point of it. Photo in extras you can see the dogs not enjoying the rain in their faces. Funnily enough from this point I was looking out to this gather that is a neighbouring farm. As we got to the cairn the forecast rain began which was fine really until a thick mist came in. Then we really struggled and with only 3 of us out the sheep we got together at the beginning mist have slipped between us so we only came in with a handful of sheep and we were all very wet and pretty miserable. Soon cheered up a bit with tea and bacon and egg rolls and some coffee cake. Then it was home to walk the rest of the dogs and then feed them before I could have a hot bath!!
