A Sparkling Morning

Dear Diary,

Today is like an October morning that you dream about.  Clear blue skies, warm sunshine and the garden sparkling with drops from last night's rain.  It was hard to choose just one thing to post.  I finally decided on this tiny water droplet hanging from the Joe Pye Weed in the meditation garden.  Such a beautiful sight.

Matt is hard at work trimming back the garden; he has the perfect day for it.  I love the rich colors of the long past foliage.  The sedum has reached a wonderful deep red (extra) although I miss the bees dancing on the flat surfaces of this flower.  It is hard to feel anything but pure happiness on a day like this!
