Monday in NY

Yea - Monday I was up and moving around - what a relief.  This is my most "arty" photo from yesterday.  I took some nice flowers of NY that I have put on instagram.  Overall a nice photo day.

The reason we came to NY is because my daughter's favorite author's book is coming out Tuesday and his book tour starts in NY.  John Green and his brother Hank have made quite a space online that is amazing.  Lots of fantastic content and a very supportive community for people who want to know things.  They had a "warm up session" at Symphony space, and although we have tickets to the actual tour, we went to the warm up session as well.

It was an amazingly funny and touching experience and I can't wait to read the book - Turtles all the Way Down by John Green.
