Drinking coffee. But not just any coffee. Drinking Rudesheimer Kaffee: a generous portion of brandy, set alight at the table, topped with warm coffee and whipped cream.

The taste matched the performance of the preparation!

Rudesheim was busy with tourists (our ship wasn't the only one docked that day and I think there were many Saturday day-trippers too) and, although it was a pretty little town, it was too over-commercialised (aka tacky) for my liking.
Good coffee though!
