Korean Fried Rice Omelette

So we hit the road this morning leaving Mudgee and drove back home via Katoomba (a trip to our fav Korean place) and Leura (to our fav bottleshop for some free beer!)

An early night was had this evening ahead of my road trip down to Melbourne for the AFL Grand Final!
