Terracotta Warrior

I had an amazing time yesterday and last night at the party for work. IT is wonderful to get out with all the staff and see them relaxing.. They work VERY hard and then.. they party hard too..

Chinese people LOVE to sing. and most of them sing very well.. It was just amazing last night to sit and watch the sheer joy on the faces of everyone as they enjoyed singing themselves and enjoyed lsitenign to their friends sing.. Of course I sang a few songs inclusing the ONE CHinese song I know which was a bit of a shock to them.

That of course has absoluetly nothing to do with my blip except for the fact that I was out late and editing pictures all day so I didn't get the chance to take anything. This is a model of a terracotta warrior.. I am sure most people have heard of them. Tina brought this back for me when she visted in October.. I went there a few years ago and it was just awesome.. So huge and the amount of work, the detail in the fugures and the sheer scale of it is amazing. a little more info here
