DINNER THIS EVENING

Hi there to all my dear blip friends. I hope you have all had a good day.
I thought I would get the Slow Cooker out again. Today I did liver, bacon, onion and mushroom casserole. this was accompanied by Mustard Mashed Potato. It turned out really well. The first time I have done it in the slow cooker. The liver was so very tender. There was plenty left, so Barry has earmarked it for his dinner tomorrow, when I am minding the Grandchildren. I will definitely be making it again.
