Finnieston Crane
An early start for me. I was in the office early and then headed to get a train to Glasgow. I had a lovely walk along the Clyde to my meeting - a nice interlude in my day. The meeting over ran by over an hour. I retraced my steps by the Clyde, back up to the station, stopping off for a sandwich en route.
Once back in Edinburgh at the office, I had just enough time to catch up with colleagues and emails, before I headed home.
BB was in the midst of homework when I eventually got home, but he had some important news to tell me. He has been elected as house captain for St Ninian’s, and is delighted. The p7s had to deliver speeches last week, before the children cast their votes. He hopes to get his badge tomorrow.
He has done well with his homework tonight – he finished his dragon collage which means his two projects are finished ahead of schedule! It’s a miracle.
Here’s the magnificent Finnieston Crane – across the River Clyde from where I was walking this morning.
