Mono Monday 194 Still Life

The other week when I broke a precious vase I made myself feel better by buying some replacements. I actually got carried away and bought 8 small vases.

The flowers that my friend bought me the other week are past their best but I love the shape of the astrantia.

The kitchen refit has progressed another stage today. The old carpet, Lino and tiles have gone and the base layer is down ready for the Karndean to be laid tomorrow. The base layer had to dry so I’ve not been into the kitchen all day while it dried. Having your kitchen done is a great diet.

After a busy day I was accompanied again on the dog walk. It’s always nice to have company.

I was meant to have a choir committee meeting today but due to some people not being available I’ve postponed it. I’m not sure what to do with myself this evening
