From a distance

Actually, from quite a long distance! I must be at least 5kms away and this is taken on full zoom on the X30 (112mm). I have to blip buildings that are lit up in pink for BCAM when I can...

So, I dropped G off to work; came home to catch up with stuff but actually ended up watching a couple of YouTube videos - something I very rarely do! :(

Then picked her up; we called into The Mall to have a quick lunch, and then, went shopping to a different supermarket as the bank gave us a rewards voucher which we used to stock up the freezer! :)

Back home to put the shopping away, and then out again in the evening for our Bible study. We had a very lengthy and lively discussion on creation vs evolution sparked by the first verse of the gospel of John! In fact, so much so, that in the hour that we had, we only managed to get to verse 3!

Stopped at Filli's on the beach for some saffron tea, courtesy of Annafae from the group. It was good to be out there in the evening (although uncomfortably humid) and see people walking, jogging, doing their exercises etc. And the Burj Al Arab lit up in pink was right there just shouting to be blipped. :)
