Apple juice

We have had a very good apple crop which exceeds our needs and storage space so we found a local farm with apple juicing equipment. They will chop and press the apples to extract the juice and then pasteurise the product to enable us to keep it for up to 12 months.
The blip shows the activity on the farm, we had to queue to enter our crop. A new alternative enterprise for the farmer.
