facing the first snow of the season

Well the forecasters were right - we are getting snow this morning. But the ground is so warm we are not expecting much accumulation. And tomorrow it is supposed to be sunny and warm again. So this is just a little reminder of the winter to come...later.
Looks like this male house finch is taking it all in stride.
