At the Czech Baker
We can get a good sourdough in a couple of local shops now. One is a owned by a French trained Englishman. But we usually get it from the Slovak baker who sells to the Polish shop in Lansdowne and here in Boscombe.
I was shopping in Lidl and Aldi in Boscombe today, so popped into ‘Crusty Bread’ and bought some rye bread and a white for G to make breadcrumbs.
Forgot to make my own sourdough, as have friends for dinner. Feeding and resting the sourdough takes 6 hours alone. So the bread here is the next best.
