New title, new attempts at marketing
I'm not a huge fan of pictures of the computer screen, but this is pretty fitting for my day.
I released a new book on Amazon today (technically it was available on the weekend, but I considered today the official release date), and spent a significant chunk of my day updating my "virtual bookshelf" and other online stuff to include the new title, as well as some tweets (my followers would probably say "too many tweets") about it. No thanks to those tweets, and probably all to the credit of Amazon's discovery tools, the book worked its way up the lists in some categories -- number 2 in this shot, under "Business Accounting". (Being a free download surely helped... in a couple days when that promo ends, I expect the book will drop out of sight...)
