Bird Watching

CCN and I had a lovely couple of hours late this afternoon when Mr and Mrs Hobbs called by to do some bird watching. It was a beautiful afternoon and even though rain threatened it didn't spoil our fun. Mr Hobbs and I were trying valiantly to get a shot of a bird taking off. This is part of our challenge this week, set by Beckett for our Blackheath Photo Club. As luck would have it we finally had a few little characters call in for "Happy Hour" and I managed to capture this cheeky little yellow breasted robin using the wombat as a vantage point.

It was good to have some quality time with Mr and Mrs Hobbs and CCN and I were excited to show them the bits and pieces we've been doing around the place. Thanks for coming you two, we're looking forward to your return for another training run with the birds :-)
