Sunday soothe

Took a nice long trail walk with my love this afternoon enjoying the beautiful Autumn day.  Sunny with a bit of cool in the air gave the forest its own seasonal scent.  I inhaled many deep breaths taking it all in as I know it won't be too long now before darker days and the rains come.  This was a new trail to us and I was excited to see a number of different types of mushrooms. This little beauty was my fave. 

Tomorrow we celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving with our fam.  Can't wait!
