A flock of tui

I watched this phenomenon of a flock of about 30 tuis swoop on to our kowhai tree which has been in flower for the past week and regularly visited by one or two birds.  This large number of tui stayed about 2 minutes (just long enough for me to get my camera, change lens to telephoto and take 6 shots) then they were gone. It was such an amazing experience. WOO, I am still reeling from it.  Isn't it wonderful to think there are so  many tuis around. (By the way, I don't know if there is such a word as "tuis". I think the plural is "tui".)
