Back to reality after a nice holiday!

A while ago we got some sandbags and sand from the council delivered to the village car park. While we were away some kind volunteers had bagged it up and were delivering it to our estate yesterday. It was very kind of them as they are very heavy and it must have taken them a long time to fill them all.

Today we trundled our share, 50 bags, from the drop-off point to our garden, 3 at a time.

All we have to do now is decide how best to use them to keep water out of our property next time our garden floods.

At least after the work we could sit down and enjoy F1 with Lewis winning.
