If You Go Down to the Woods...

Not much on today. Rosie was here before and after her Sunday job. I (Chris) removed a large shrub that needed replacement. It was well rooted but eventually gave way. Good opportunity to deploy the garden shredder which hasn't been used for a while.

After dropping Rosie off, I had a little walk around the perimeter of Hartwell House. In the grounds are various buildings amongst the gardens originally set out by Capability Brown but I'd never noticed this one through the trees. It's private grounds but resting the camera on top of the wall gave a reasonable view.
