Day 280 Processing an Apple

What do you do with a glut of eating apples? some are wrapped in newspaper in the garage, some were put by the front gate with a note asking passersby to help themselves, some were slices and frozen. I am reduced to thinly slicing and drying in the oven for a couple of hours. They are popular with the grandchildren but soooo time-consuming to make.

Then you get distracted by working on some photos and burn the current batch - oops.
