5k Completed

So much walking done today plus the 5k run. Around 11 miles altogether.
7,000 people from all over the world took part in the 5k today. I even got a medal I wasn’t expecting....bonus :).
A walk back from the run through Millennium Park. Great water features with faces on and this thing behind us commonly know as The Bean. Fascinating sculpture. As you can see it has the skyline reflecting in it.
Early bed as Andy has his marathon in the morning. His 4th major. Two more to go and he gets his commemorative medal.
I’ve sorted out a swim for the morning in the enormous Lake Michigan with a group of local swimmers. I’ll still be able to watch Andy as the swim is rather early!
