Sleep Swim

High Tide 6.50am
Sunrise 7.45

We met in the dark at 6.45am.  Me, RB, LC and LM.  With a sick feeling in my stomach we got ourselves organised.  We dived in and left the waning harvest moon behind us.  We swam on a high spring tide, perfect conditions.  RB towed our precious cargo to corner 1. From corner 1 we were swimming into a watery sunrise. LM towed to corner 2.  LC towed along the side.  There were a few stops along the way. I took it to corner 3. And there, threading water, with a little ceremony we laid P to rest in his final bed, the sea bed.  I hope that now he is Resting in Peace.
