A helium lift......

I always admire these balloon sellers. They don't seem to do a lot of business and have to be there in all weathers. In a breeze the balloons must be hard to control....

I stopped to talk to a young girl who was busking. She had an amazing voice and said she was at music school hoping to become a professional opera singer. She certainly deserves every success. I asked her if she had heard the singers and musicians in Covent Garden. She had and would love to be as good as them one day. I am sure she will do very well!

D is away walking with 14 other men this weekend; my brothers-in-law plus 11 others. The accommodation is more than below average apparently, but the weather and walks have been much more pleasant.
