Autumn Leaves (Thursday 5th October 2017)

No parcels due this day, but an immobile car and a lot of work to do in the study as I'd been confined to the kitchen area the day before so as not to miss any deliveries. I did pop into Calne on foot briefly and snapped these in the Town Gardens on my compact.

Bob Marley & the Wailers - Is This Love? (recorded live, Kaya Tour, Pavillon Baltard, Paris, 25-27 June 1978)
From the Babylon By Bus live double-album, mostly recorded in Paris, this is the only song on the album that actually came from the album Kaya. It was also a single, but this live version is considerably longer than the studio recording. The Spotlight Kid and I saw Bob Marley and the Wailers at the Hammersmith Odeon in June 1976, supported by Gonzalez with Gloria Jones. It was a spectacular occasion, but nothing from that night has so far been released, unless Rat Race on Babylon By Bus was (it was from one of the four nights they played at Hammersmith that month).
