The rooftops of Staithes

Day 7 of the Cleveland Way, from Staithes to Whitby. It was fortunate we'd walked this section of the Way before, because it drizzled most of the way, and my camera had to stay in my rucksack from 10:30 to 15:00. (On the plus side, it confirmed that our Paramo rain-resistant jeans work like magic.)

This is the view from our B&B window. I have added a couple of panoramas: looking back at Staithes, and a view from the jetty at Whitby.

Whitby is just as nice as we remembered it from our holiday last year, the evening was fine, and we had an excellent meal in a seafood restaurant.
