Birthday galore!

Wonderful day, the celebration of mom's 97th birthday begun! I am grateful to God for my mom's strength today, for being here with her this day. For witnessing the joy of having all of us celebrating her special day, singing the birthday song so many times.
In the evening, cake time...all of us waiting for her to blow the candle but she grabs a strawberry and eats it before! The surprised expression when the sparkle tube is lit, and the enjoyment that fresh flowers bring.
So grateful for my wonderful mother!
