Bright & beautiful...

It may be the 1st October & a bit chilly out but we've still got lots of lovely bright colour on the patio. I've been a bit more conscientious about dead-heading and tidying up this year and it seems to have helped.

I love having lots of flowers in the garden but having them in pots is definitely less work than flower beds which need weeding.

Been working from home today as I don't want to take my cold & flu germs into the office - we've got a big awards ceremony and exhibition Thursday, Friday & Saturday so can't afford any of us to be ill! Actually got lots done in between sneezing, coughing, feeling sorry for myself & dosing up on Lemsips.
