Last walk through the desert

Packed up our camp in Catalina State Park yesterday, and this was our last walk through stately saguaros.  The Jeep is now parked with its cover on, and battery disconnected, awaiting our return next year.  That should be timed for cactus flowering, and we plan to head down to Texas where the diversity is amazing (not as good as Mexico, but we're not quite game to go there by ourselves).

The sun shines through the windows here in LAX, as we await our late night flight home to NZ.  (Not so great for photo editing, and I'm having a break from keywording etc, so here's a pic until I get going again).
