Bike

The only bike I'm likely to see this week I think :) The Jannie's motor bike. And the lunch bag on the handle is mine to provide a touch of pink for the BCAM challenge.
This challenge is dear to my heart at the moment - a close and young [43] friend of mine has just had a mastectomy and reconstruction and she's the 3rd friend in the last 3 years sadly to need treatment.
We also had an interesting training session today about mindfulness linked to a programme we're introducing. It struck me that perhaps this is part of the whole BLIP experience........taking a moment in your day to think just about your subject and be in the moment. It certainly works for me.
