Stob Coire na Ceannain
My goodness this blip thing in the short days is a new experience to me and it is very easy to get caught out.
Finished a phase of work at Farr in pleasant breezy conditions (without a photo) and drove south and west home toward Lochaber and hit a wall of torrential rain at Loch Lochy.
The spot I had earmarked as a blip possibility near Loch Tarf was in relative darkness and had absolutely nothing to offer.
Early evening saw a break in the showers and I jumped over the back garden fence and up the hill a wee bit. Caley came for moral support.
For a couple of minutes the curtains were opened on the hills and there was a decent view of the east end of the Grey Corries.
So that's it.
