The Ride

As I'd promised myself I went up to the fair tonight armed with my tripod for some slow shutter speed shots. I really couldn't choose today but simply like this for the fact I had managed to freeze the foreground and get the sense of movement as well. I might change my mind after I've watched Nigella!

I love the way the town is transformed by the fair and the huge excitement it still generates even in this world where there is so much diverse entertainment. I always see people I know to have a chat with and it really brings the whole community out.
