Progress?

Between flights in Newark airport; no cash taken at the bars, no orders taken by the staff, instead every seat has its own tablet to order and card-swipe to pay. The beers then magically appear - pretty quickly I have to admit. There seems to be a premium involved with the technology though - this can of lager cost me about 8 quid! I just had the one. Paid about the same for a six pack bought later in the local store.
We're in Baltimore now by the way.
