Leaves on Harley Street

The winds and rain continue!  The sun tried to get out a few times, but the showers won the day!

I slept well in the morning, but finally got going.  After breakfast, I popped to town for a few errands.  I later got more furniture out the garage and into the house.  A big part of the day was to install the fireplace.  The tiles are up, multi fuel stove in place and now ready for the chimney in the hopefully near future.  Mam popped by in the afternoon, and also had big Brian and Madeline in the afternoon.  Managed another walk with Sammy this evening, now it's time for feet up and the telly. 

I popped by friend Carol this afternoon for a cuppa and catch up after our holiday.  The leaves are fairly glowing about their door just now with the gales striping the trees bare.  Taken at Harley Street, Scalloway.
