Homemade Fish Supper

W has just returned from a fishing trip up north with his dad and brother. They had a very successful trip, lots of big fish, a great wee cottage and plenty of food and drink. He caught one of his biggest ever fish, pollock, which is what we ate for our dinner tonight, shallow fried in batter with chips and home made mushy peas. It was even served in newspaper. Tremendous.
