In remembrance: Dad

yesterdays backblipped here.

Today is the first anniversary of my Dad passing away, and as it's my first year of blipping, I felt it ought to be commemorated. He lived to 93, surviving 7 heart attacks. He served in the second world war, (this is a war photo of him, together with his service book and medals). He was a great guy, loved by everyone who knew him. He became a ballroom dancer after the war, appearing on come dancing, and married his partner.

After Mum passing away in 2004, he bought himself a sports car, which was his pride and joy.

I was on my way home from a workshop in Tuscany this day last year, but will never forget him.
