Glass isn't always from Venice.....

My husband and I frequented a soba house while living in Japan while back - when it was time to move we said our goodbyes. To our surprise the owner gave me a little box with this tiny little vase inside. It's hand blown glass from Okinawa ! When the sun catches it it gives a beautiful crackling effect. love this little vase which holds one flower.
