Malus Bonus

The Malus trees have have blossomed exuberantly this year. An abundant bumper crop is the bonus result, this year. These little apples will hang here well into winter, decorating the glass house.

I tried to conserve these bite-sized apples in brandy, with the idea to coat them in chocolate and then serve them. Advise: try something better. These apples, even when soaked in brandy and chocolate, are inedible...
