Chilly bottle

Not been able to do much today and to be honest stayed in bed quite a bit. An important friend is my Chilly Bottle. They keep water cold for upto 24 hours and I prefer cold water. Very helpful when moving around is difficult. Hoped it would clear but may have to check this out with the medics.

Ok when just sat here but it’s frustrating and painful otherwise. So another emergency blip.
