Peace and tranquility in Neal's Yard

The start of a very busy week which includes a new houseguest and a trip up north for more hospital visits and a photo shoot in Stockport.

I brought my shiatsu session forward to first thing Monday morning because it's the only time I could fit it in. Then back home to make a large pot of Hungarian (well, loosely) goulash for Peter, who arrives from France tonight.

I decided to follow the Istrian tradition of cooking the stew for at least 6 hours, so the beef should just melt in the mouth (it also then doesn't matter if he's late).
