G B B O. Coconut Specials.........

Welcome to the Great British Blip Off !!!!       No... Not Bake off.
However, I do enjoy watching the programme.

     A view from inside the oven. I hasten to add that the oven had completely cooled down, so I was able to pop some of these delicious Coconut specials back in the tin they were originally baked in, put the camera in the corner just below the oven light and let it take the shot.

     First extra is at another angle and the second extra is the box of all of them (78)!!. 

      I helped Mrs B with the preparation etc , not that I did a lot towards them but did clear up afterwards. Mrs B was making all these for the Staff at our Dr's surgery as a gift as they look after us very well. Appt: this afternoon. 

Needless to say that these are very tasty, we did keep 6 of them back for ourselves. Sorry I cannot send you all one!!
