time passes at the speed of light

Busy day. Very quick escape to the museum. I wandered through the communication gallery which is great. Love the speaking clock. The record is on glass discs. An optical system is used to read them to avoid damaging the recording. A competition was held to find a suitable voice for the recording. I guess today it's just a synthetic voice.

Done lecture #1. I think it went reasonably OK, although I noticed some bits were missing. I am totally frazzled now...
