Three adults, two kids and one dog piled into the Range Rover and set off to show Beate some of Dorset. We started off wandering along the coast and cliff tops at Studland. We had a bit of a sandwich break on the cliff top and then decided to head off to Corfe, where we stopped for a coffee break and then popped to the steam train station just for a quick look.

It was about 5 o'clock by now and we were getting peckish, so had the bright idea of driving over to Swanage to give Beate the experience of fish and chips by the seaside. An excellent decision - best chips I've had for ages!

The little girls fell asleep on the journey home and the big girls not too long after we got back! All the sea air and exercise wore us out!
