Visiting dad

All trees yellow or brownish red. Hard wind, scapl is finally about to got loosen...

In the blip you cab see how everything is upside down and whirled around... or was, as I was visiting dad in dementia ward. Blip on my way back home.

Knee better I did visit doctor and got one more week sickness leave. We have to wait and see if conservative treatment (aka rest and let it be) heals the problem in my knee. So I stay home. 
Discussion with the doc about how I can keep my muscles in condition. Got a permission to ride a gym-bicycle, and so I did. Rode 6km in the evening as it felt quite good actually.

I do not like this knee - arthritis at all.
