Anniversary day

Today is our 47th wedding anniversary so we decided to celebrate with a trip to the Pheasantry in Bushy park for lunch.
 It was the first time I have used my camera since breaking my finger and yes it did hurt. Many of the stags were lying down and bellowing. Gotthe impression they were having their afternoon snooze. The extra is a stag that had been lying down and dozing and bellowing. Here he has just stood up and is a magnificent beast. 
Chatted to a photographer with a gigantic lens who set out from Wales at 4:30 this morning just to take pictures of the deer!
