Hanging On

I thought this rose had died off weeks ago, but another flower has appeared and a couple of buds too, though they are looking a bit weather-beaten.

Drove to Perth this afternoon to attend a Pain Management session run by Tayside NHS.  In spite of visiting my GP yesterday to ask for help with the pain from my arthritis, I had to find this group for myself online!  Many of the others attending only heard of it via friends etc.  Pretty poor service from doctors, who only want to give you drugs!

The subject was Managing Sleep and there were some very helpful ideas and techniques, so hope they will work for me.
