All ready to go

The primary school organised a Community Harvest Lunch today, 80 people turned up for soup, wonderful freshly made sour dough bread from our village baker and a range of sumptuous looking cakes and pudds. The Devonshire apple cake made by the youngsters yesterday was very good, a Mary Berry recipe and can certainly recommend it. Oddly enough I made a Canterberry Tart, also apple based and one of M.B. recipes. A busy day for us all and true to form I didn't think to take another photo.
